Galataport Istanbul
The Galataport İstanbul project uses windesk.fm Facility Management and portal-supported Tenant Contract Management applications.
Distinguished by its approach to creating the world’s first underground cruise terminal, the project spans 1.2 kilometers of waterfront along the Bosphorus. It includes approximately 52,000 m² of leasable retail and dining space, 43,000 m² of flexible office space and a 176-room The Peninsula Hotels property.
Physical property assets, spaces, rents, and contracts are managed in a shared system. Rental and common area revenue calculations, along with management performance and efficiency reports, are prepared using the same data structure.
The Tenant Portal and additional services tailored to need enable efficient, easy, secure and sustainable processes between the facility and its tenants.
